Sinclair Road is a lovely light-filled two double bedroom apartment close to Kensington Olympia in the heart of West London, an easy walk from High Street Kensington and Hammersmith. This recently modernised apartment (on the second floor of a typical Victorian West London terraced house) features a brand new kitchen with all mod cons, a newly renovated bathroom, and two cosy bedrooms. Baron’s Court, Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush Tube stations are all about 6/7 minutes walk, and Olympia Exhibition Hall is also very close by. Heathrow Airport in 30 mins by Tube or taxi. Piccadilly Line access to central London in 20 minutes. Free wifi, and a warm welcome. Sleeps four, £4,295 per month, £1,495 per week. “We had a wonderful stay at Sinclair Road. Hugo and the team were very responsive throughout our four week visit. The flat is as pictured and really felt like home after we had settled in. Very easy to walk to either Shepherd’s Bush or Barons Court for the train and a five minutes walk to the No 9 bus right into the city centre. It is a lovely neighbourhood with a fantastic local pub, The Bird in Hand, just down the road - in fact you can see it from the bathroom window! I’d rebook this place if we were to return to London again”

Booking with Kensington Property Management is very simple…
You can book directly with us. We can accept payments by internet transfer or Paypal. We will ask you to fill in a short booking form, we also normally ask for £200 breakages deposits. And for bookings of more than two months we may also ask for a reference.

But we also understand that some guests may feel more secure booking through one of the larger booking firms. We would be more than happy for you to do that. Most of our properties have been listed on the major websites for many years, and we are normally Superhosts on Airbnb, with whom we have a long-standing relationship.
