“We really enjoyed our stay at Norfolk House. Communication was excellent. We found check-in to be extremely easy and were able to take public transportation directly to the flat. The flat is very clean and cozy. It was a pleasure to return to the flat each evening to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Another bonus of the flat is its proximity to grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. Our children loved Holland Park’s adventure playground and the peacocks that live in the park. Booking with Kensington Property Management is very simple…
You can book directly with us. We can accept payments by internet transfer or Paypal. We will ask you to fill in a short booking form, we also normally ask for £200 breakages deposits. And for bookings of more than two months we may also ask for a reference.

But we also understand that some guests may feel more secure booking through one of the larger booking firms. We would be more than happy for you to do that. Most of our properties have been listed on the major websites for many years, and we are normally Superhosts on Airbnb, with whom we have a long-standing relationship.
