“This was the perfect flat for us. Perfect location, close to both Notting Hill and Holland Park. Walking distance to the Tube, the overground and many buses. Many, many nice restaurants and pubs nearby. It’s a very spacious flat, modern and clean. We used the kitchen quite a lot and appreciate that it’s well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Although we arrived quite late we had a very enthusiastic welcome by the hosts. We stayed four weeks and really recommend this flat for a long stay.”

You can book directly with us. We can accept payments by internet transfer or Paypal. We will ask you to fill in a short booking form, we also normally ask for £250 breakages deposits. And for bookings of more than two months we may also ask for a reference.

Most of our properties have been listed on the major websites for many years, and we are normally Superhosts on Airbnb, with whom we have a long-standing relationship.
