We manage 22 'home from home' furnished apartments, mostly in West London but also in the fabulous Cotswolds. We pride ourselves on our warm welcome and personalised service, and our concierge team will be on hand 24/7 for any information requests or problem solving. We have a team of full time housekeepers, led by the indomitable Ana & Vitoria, and no technical task is too great for our intrepid handymen The Odd Job Brigade, led by Dom, ex-military and a man who takes no prisoners when it comes to recalcitrant boilers and electrical miscreants. Super-efficient Tima & Co are charged with meets & greets, and essentially ensuring that guest stays run as smoothly as a gently ironed duvet cover.
