    We have a highly experienced team of client liaison specialists, housekeepers and handymen, on hand 24/7 in order to take the schlep of management off the hands of our property owners. Let’s be honest, there’s a lot that can go wrong in the typical property. But this is what we live and breathe for. We have specialist engineers for all types of utilities, and contractors for all types of interior work. Tima & Co handle guest & tenant check-ins & check-outs and ensure smooth operations at all times, while Ana and her team of housekeepers are on hand for all domestic matters. Ex-military supremo Dom from The Odd Job Brigade is a man who takes no prisoners and is permanently on standby to fix a leaky pipe or a dodgy faucet.

  • Increased income

    Short & medium let rates are traditionally 25 to 35 percent higher than the yields on longer term lets. London is a very good market to be in by and large because it is not a very seasonal destination. Being the business capital of Europe, London also sees huge numbers of corporate, event and educational visitors annually. We generally achieve occupancy rates in excess of 80% for our owners. We have an exclusive deal with Olympia Exhibition Hall as a preferred accommodation supplier, and have a network or agents, websites and travel agents built up over the years. We also receive about 25% of guests returning year after year. Recent trends also mean there are a lot of longer term lets around with the rise of digital nomadism since the pandemic.

    We welcome more than 700 guests to London every year, and we have been accommodating travellers and businesspeople from all over the world for more than 15 years - since quite a way before the names ‘Airbnb’ or ‘VRBO’ were even born. So that’s about 10,500 check-ins and check-outs over the years, and we’re delighted to tell you - that we’ve got quite good at it!
